SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Where We Ship

MCC may offer shipping to the United States and selected international destinations. Current Coffee Lover campaign rewards require a U.S. delivery address. Trade samples and commercial green-coffee transactions may be available to selected international destinations under separately communicated shipping and import terms.

Available destinations, delivery methods, and shipping charges may vary by product, campaign reward, quantity, destination, and applicable import requirements.

MCC may decline an order if we cannot reasonably or legally ship the product to the requested destination.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Dates identified as “estimated,” “expected,” “target,” “anticipated,” “harvest,” or “shipping window” are good-faith estimates based on information available when the order is placed.

Unless expressly described as guaranteed, they are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Seed to Cup rewards may depend on:

- harvest timing;

- agricultural conditions;

- processing and drying;

- quality control;

- milling;

- export documentation;

- customs;

- roasting schedules;

- packaging;

- international freight; and

- final-mile carriers.

MCC will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet communicated fulfillment windows.

Seed-to-Cup Campaign Fulfillment

Certain campaign rewards are intentionally fulfilled over time. The fulfillment estimates below apply if the campaign reaches its full target or, following a below-goal close, if the backer confirms participation under MCC’s revised plan. Any material fulfillment changes included in a below-goal plan will be disclosed before confirmation.

First Taste is estimated to ship in December 2026. Founder Series, Founder Reserve, Origin Circle, and Private Reserve Founder are estimated to ship three bags in December 2026, three in March 2027, and three in July 2027.

Campaign rewards may also include credentials, quarterly Field Notes, origin briefings, cuppings, storytelling resources, annual sample sets, or reserved opportunities or rights to purchase qualifying future coffee. Future coffee offered through reserved access is not included in the original reward and is purchased separately.

The description for each campaign tier controls the specific contents of that tier.

A campaign purchase should therefore not be interpreted as requiring every campaign benefit to be delivered at the same time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will either:

- be included in the price where expressly stated;

- be shown at checkout;

- be invoiced separately; or

- be governed by separate commercial shipping terms for wholesale and trade transactions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, VAT, local taxes, storage charges, destination inspections, and similar destination-country charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.

MCC will make reasonable efforts to prepare appropriate export documentation, but we do not guarantee that foreign customs authorities will accept, clear, or release a shipment within a particular timeframe.

MCC is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs authorities, border inspections, destination-country regulatory procedures, or a recipient’s failure to pay applicable import charges or provide required
information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact MCC as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been lost or if it has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact MCC.

We may need to complete a carrier investigation before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Risk of Agricultural and Logistics Delay

Coffee production and international coffee trade can be affected by events outside MCC’s reasonable control, including:

- storms, cyclones, drought, flooding, fire, or other natural disasters;

- crop disease, pests, or unexpectedly low harvests;

- political disruption or civil unrest;

- road or infrastructure interruption;

- strikes or labor disruption;

- port congestion;

- vessel or airline cancellations;

- fuel shortages;

- export or import restrictions;

- customs delays;

- changes in government requirements;

- war, terrorism, or similar
events; and other force-majeure
circumstances.

Where such an event materially affects an outstanding customer order, MCC will communicate with affected customers and comply with applicable legal requirements regarding delayed shipment, cancellation, substitution, or refunds.

Commercial Green Coffee

Trade purchases may involve separate freight, warehouse, insurance, export, customs, delivery, title, and risk-of-loss arrangements.

The applicable purchase agreement, sales contract, invoice, quotation, or Incoterms® provision will govern those matters.
