Founder Allocation Priority

Trade backers receive the planned early access window. MCC intends to provide eligible partners an opportunity to discuss qualifying available coffee before wider trade release, up to the tier’s maximum priority ceiling.

This is a ceiling, not a guaranteed allocation. Any future green coffee is purchased under a separate commercial agreement.

Origin Briefings & Storytelling Pack

Focused briefings may cover crop development, harvest timing, quality, processing, and emerging commercial opportunities.

The expanded Storytelling Pack may include approved farm and landscape photography, origin maps, quality and processing information, and campaign materials suitable for customer education.

Future Green Coffee

Trade Founder participation does not pre-purchase future green coffee or guarantee future production, a specific lot, quantity, price, exclusivity, or supply from a particular farm.

Eligible Trade Founder tiers provide Founder Allocation Priority: an early opportunity to discuss and purchase qualifying future green coffee when it becomes available. Each future coffee transaction is contracted separately.

Future pricing, quality specifications, quantities, payment terms, shipment timing, and logistics will be agreed at the time of sale. Green coffee is generally expected to be offered FOB Madagascar unless otherwise agreed. Freight, customs, import, warehousing, and destination costs are separate unless specifically included in the individual commercial agreement.

Agriculture & Availability

Coffee is agriculture. Harvest timing, quality, production volume, processing, and logistics may change. Founder priority becomes applicable only when qualifying coffee reaches commercial release.

Seed-to-Cup Trade Founder status does not provide equity, ownership of land, trees, crops, or future production.
